Plymouth Community United Way is working to advance the common good by focusing on education, income, and health: the building blocks for a good life. But we can't do it alone. We need the heads, hands, and hearts of committed people like you to help us tackle the problems facing our communites. Your ideas for projects are welcome.
Give an hour. Give a Saturday. Give your best.
When we reach out a hand to one, we influence the condition of all. Give the gift of you. Volunteer.
Upcoming Volunteer Events
Rake~N~Go Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 27. In fall of 2012, over 350 volunteers assisted senior citizens and disabled persons in the Plymouth/Canton area with their yard work. Volunteers help to clean yards, flower beds, rake leaves, clean gutters, and do outdoor clean-up. Please bring rakes, garden tools, hedge trimmers, and gloves. PCUW provides the yard waste bags.
2. TEE OFF FOR A FRIEND

. Sponsorship levels range from $3,000 for a foursome to $200 for an individual.
3. FOOD DRIVE
Please consider a food/toiletry drive at your workplace, service club, school, church or other organization. Plymouth Community United Way is here to assist you. We can help you get started by answering any questions you have regarding items that are needed. The demand is greater than we’ve seen in many years. Food banks are calling on PCUW to assist with this crisis. Together we can make a difference.
Please contact Betty Nolan at the PCUW office if you would like to volunteer for any of these projects.
