Plymouth Community Council on Aging
The Plymouth Community Council on Aging is a non-profit corporation organized to coordinate programs, public and private, which promote and safeguard the independence and well being of citizens age 55 and over in the greater Plymouth Community.

Plymouth Community Senior Transportation Program
The Senior Transportation program is a joint service with the City of Plymouth and Plymouth Township in partnership with the Plymouth Community United Way and the Plymouth Community Council on Aging. The service is available for residents of the City of Plymouth and Plymouth Township who are 60 and over. Service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays. Local rides are $1 per one-way trip in Plymouth or Plymouth Township. Rides to medical appointments in Ann Arbor, St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia and
Providence Hospital in Novi have a minimal charge.

Home Health Care

Angela Hospice
Angela Hospice has an open door and an open heart to all terminally ill people, regardless of a patient’s age or condition. Once hospice home care begins, a caregiving team will assess the needs of the patient and family. Team members are available to answer medical questions and provide support. Angela Hospice also assists the patient and family in providing medication, supplies and equipment, while involving family and loved ones in providing patient care.

Growth Works is a comprehensive community-based youth service agency located in Western Wayne County. Growth Works is licensed as an outpatient substance abuse provider by the State of Michigan. The Youth Assistance Program is a juvenile justice program of Growth Works, Inc.
