The 10th annual Plymouth Community United Way Teddy Bear Toss game during the Dec. 5 Plymouth Whalers game at Compuware Arena netted more than a thousand teddy bears for children's charities.

Fans celebrated the event by tossing the stuffed animals on the ice when the Whalers scored their first goal of the game in the second period. 

The Plymouth Community United Way and the Plymouth Whalers thank you for your generous response, and look forward to seeing you at next year's Teddy Bear Toss game.
